Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform where creators are able to share their projects and have them funded by a community of like-minded people in exchange for rewards. Backers will only be charged once the campaign is successfully funded!

Do I have to add shipping costs to my pledge? And when do I pay for shipping fees?
You DO NOT need to add shipping costs to your pledge as shipping fees will be calculated and collected AFTER the campaign is over via Backerkit.
Do take note that the prices shown DO NOT include shipping! You may take a look at the estimated shipping chart at the bottom of the page to get an idea of how much youâll be charged.

How do I choose my desired colour?
You can do it via the Backerkit survey that will be emailed to you after the campaign is over.

How do I add additional bags or inserts or pin sets?
You can add additional add-ons via the Add-Ons section on Kickstarter.
After selecting your pledge tier, there will be a second page where you can choose the Add-Ons youâd like before confirming on your entire pledge.

Can the bags fit a Switch?
Yes! Our bags can fit a Nintendo Switch. I tried it out by using my Switch OLED and it fits well after having the controllers detached. Please note that if the controllers are not detached, it will not be able to fit.

Can I add additional stuffs to my pledge AFTER the campaign is over?
Yes, you can! Thanks to Backerkit, youâll be allowed to purchase additional items on top of your pledge. The survey sent will allow you to purchase other unlocked ita bag designs, removable pin inserts and enamel pins as well!

What if I have to change my address after the campaign is over?
Once the campaign is over, you can change or edit your address at any time on Backerkit. You will be able to do it yourself whenever you want, as many times as you need before rewards are being shipped out! You will not have to notify me on the address change unless you have any queries.

For the add-on pin inserts, am i able to choose one of a different colour?
Yes you can, but only for pin inserts that were added on via the Add-Ons section!
All ita bags will only come with its own default matching pin insert colour. For a different colour, please add them via the Add-On section!

Why am I not receiving any Kickstarter update/survey emails?
This may be because you used an AppleID to login to Kickstarter. Please contact me via email or Kickstarter with a valid email address to receive important updates such as Backerkit Survey and progress updates!

Will these products be in your shop later on?
There is no guarantees that we will have extra stocks for our online shop in the future. We may order extra stock but there might not be extras for all variants after the campaign is fulfilled. Do also note that the prices will be slightly higher after the campaign.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backersâfrom shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaignâs project teamâBackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesnât work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkitâ in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the projectâs status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
